Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to avoid a full charge. You must call or text , we do not accept cancellations via email as they are not monitored in real-time. Frequent cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or payment on file to rebook. Future bookings after multiple late cancellations are at our discretion.
