What is electrolysis?

Electrolysis is the permanent removal of unwanted hair by the use of electrical epilation practiced by a licensed Electrologist.

Is Electrology permanent?

Yes! Electrology is the only FDA approved method for permanent hair removal.

What are treatments like?

Treatments vary from client to client. Every person has a different experience but the goal of a licensed Electrologist is to make sure that each client is comfortable and relaxed for the duration of the treatment.

Is Electrology Painful?

Electrolysis should never be painful- however there are some areas of the body that are more sensitive than others. For those delicate areas , such as upper lip, numbing creams are an option to help take away some of the topical irritation. Your electrologist will work with you to make sure you are comfortable during your treatment!

What types of hair can Electrolgy treat?

Electrolysis can treat hair of any color ! Treatments are so precise that every type of hair can be treated, no matter the shade or thickness. Even blonde and gray hairs can be treated successfully!

How Much does Electrology cost?

Electrology cost is based on time per session, you can set up sessions from 15 minutes to 60 minutes depending on your hair removal needs. Please see our pricing page for further information regarding cost.

What areas of the body can be treated?

Electrology can be done virtually anywhere on the body. Common areas include lip, chin, bikini, underarm, legs, arms, shoulders, back of neck/hairline, sideburns and ears. Please Email, call or text to inquire about specific areas to check availability for treatments.

How long does my hair have to be for electrolysis to work?

With Electrolysis we do need to see some growth in order to get a proper treatment and to achieve optimal results. Please see below images to get an idea for ideal length to help you get your best results.
